I have very weird issue with 10 computers. Overall, we have more than 20k+computer using Servicing Profile and cloud policy, everything works as expected. On 10 computers I see that user is connected, he is using Office application, Cloud policy works fine, refresh time is within 2 hours, Com objects works fine, also Tenant Association Key is in place, but I’ missing computers in the cloud. I don’t see then under inventory… Usually I can solve similar issues by deleting connected user registry key: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity. But not in this case. Also, those computers are missing updates, if I try to push office update, I see some activity under: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Updates\Detection folder, but this is it, no updates are downloaded and applied. Maybe you have some ideas what else I can check?
