Positively surprised to see this functionality being added to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Just found out that besides the direct url https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home#/whatsnew, the page can also be reached (on Release preview tenants at least) via Settings > Services> Office What's New management Preview.
