Most of our customers use MSO Admin center for the deployment for our WordAddin (part of a product). But we have also some customers, which don't use MSO 365 and will upgrade to Office 2024 only. We tried already to provide the Addin in Office 2024 with the Network-Share Option (see here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dev/add-ins/publish/publish), which is working fine. BUT Microsoft promotes this option only as test deployment, but not as production deployment.
APPs Store is not an option, Sharepoint does not support all necessary feature, Sideloading is also not an option ;).
What else official option do we have?
