Office 2013 is no longer supported and allowing you to go out to Outlook.live.com email (or equal other names) and download into your computer emails into your Offie 2013 program. I have upgraded to "MS Office Professional 2021" and no longer have any issues. I purchased it online, great deal for $70, and received it with proper documentation and "thumb drive", and license. I now will be good for five years or more. I suggest you do the same.
