Elaine_Keith692240 Sorry Elaine, would have loved to help you out here with your request but it's time to put these unsupported applications to rest (just for context, Outlook 2010 was released in 2010, mainstream support ended in 2015, extended support ended in 2020, and only now, further 2 years later, we are blocking its use within our Commercial & Consumer services) and move on to supported versions of Outlook. [Ref: Outlook 2010 - Microsoft Lifecycle | Microsoft Docs] This is the most BS response from Microsoft I have yet to see. No, there is no such thing as "it's time to put these unsupported applications to rest". Nobody gives a crap when you stopped releasing updates for it, it's dishonest and unethical to just randomly decide to start blocking standard mail programs like Outlook 2010. As you just said, you want to force people to "move on to supported versions of Outlook". Why, so you can keep doing this over again? Jigs up. Nobody's interested in that, we will run our own Exchange servers on-prem and keep using Outlook 2010. This is just what Microsoft wanted, right? Let's get one thing straight: WE are the customer and WE will tell YOU what software we are going to use, NOT the other way around. Full stop.
