Thank you for the quick response. Two last questions:
1) To fix the Exchange blockage issue, can I just download the current Outlook 2016 component or do I need to download the entire current Office Pro Plus 2016 package?
2) After downloading, will I still be on 2016 or migrated to 365 without any notice?
I'm asking because a couple of years ago, I had my Office Pro Plus 2016 set to "Auto Update", and I was shocked that the first update automatically removed my 2016 version and replaced it with Office 365 (without my permission!). As you can imagine, I thought that was outrageous. This required me to spend a lot of time & effort to remove Office 365 and reinstall 2016 from my install disk and then manually apply all the 2016 updates. I then set the "Auto Update" to OFF, so that Microsoft would stop overlaying my 2016. I am hoping that your guidance to update my 2016 will keep me on 2016.
