Amir Haque, Microsoft
Dear Amir. You are effectively removing me (and many people like me) from the MS realm.
Let me explain. I am 72 years old, I no longer work and live on a pension. From my MS Office 2010 suite, I only use MS Outlook and OneNote on a daily basis. Word I open for reading some documents a couple of times a week, and Excel about once a month.
Metaphorically speaking, my MS Office 2010 (with the exception of MS Outlook) satisfies my needs as if one grain of corn was transported using the F-22 Raptor. And with your offer to purchase MS Office 2021, you actually recommend that I replace the F-22 Raptor with the B-52 Stratofortress. To do this, I need to pay an amount that is half of my pension (I only have enough for food and clothes). And all this is actually for the opportunity to use MS Outlook for another 4 years.
Agree, this is an unreasonable option for me. And I will look for a solution to this problem outside of MS, if the policy you declared is still implemented
