What the line in bold looks like to me is that the update process thinks that 89.0.774.77 is current and leaves it at that. That would be normal if 89.0.774 was actually installed at 2:45pm this afternoon - but this machine has 90.0.818.41 right now - which is still not current or up to date.

I beg to differ that an "update check is not needed at this time" since this machine (and 3 others) are still not up to date. And haven't been for 4 or 5 days now.
 
If there was at least an error or something in here - but this log tells me nothing about why the updater won't find the latest version of Edge.
