That's what we are doing now, but that will change in a few months when they come out with the next modification to the setup. My point was, that we now have a 16 step process, IT could be added to the bottom of this process relatively easily, be a couple check boxes, and a notification later that emails you a link to download the pst file. Anything to make the workflow faster is aces in my book.
Right now I disable all my users License's and access, I have all accounts on legal hold so I have time to wait , and leave them in the system until I have time to go in and once I have more than a handful of Blocked Users, I reserve an afternoon to go through the process of creating all the ediscovery stuff , downloading, then archiving and encrypting the pst on our end. It is a royal pain.
