Palmbatt For me, simply being able to save any Whiteboard as a template would do the trick. So just a copy of the current Whiteboard - but added to the template list.
I run meeting facilitation training for many types of groups and re-use a lot of content. I need templates that participants can fill in but are built around a certain use case with content and terms specific to the group. I often tweak the template just a bit for this particular group and find that my templates evolve over time.
Whiteboard templates are a great way to teach people new meeting processes. Allowing users to create their own templates would allow everyone to share best meeting practices easily. Trainings, decision workshops etc. could all be facilitated quickly and the best templates would spread fast, too.
