Microsoft Loop components: Extending capabilities in Microsoft Teams and Outlook

Simon_Williams25 - Loop components for Outlook/OWA are not widely available in preview yet but we are working toward expanding availability.

kgilligan - Loop components should still be available in Teams chat for your E3/E5 M365 licenses, unless your IT department has opted to restrict access to Loop components.
