Stream's integration with Teams is amazing.  The ability to have a live event that now provides enhanced capability is very nice. For a small business that does trainings, I am excited to use this and show it to our community.

Hi - this looks great...how long will the trial be available and what will be the pricing once the trial ends?

  • Margie Kidd  , Thanks for your question, But at the moment there is no timeline decided but probably till next quarter.

Answer to your pricing ask: As we are still improving this product for our customers, at the moment its all free and for future plans and pricing will keep you posted.

    Thank you

  • My current customer uses PGI – GlobalMeet for their quarterly investor calls; need for 'Operator Assisted' service (Meeting participant verification service).  Datasheet GlobalMeet 0217 (pgi.com)

We are exploring if we can use Microsoft Teams for our quarterly earnings call (open to our investors). Investor call is one of our more critical external communication events. One of key requirement discussed was “operated assisted call-in service” when our investors dial-in.”

Although PGI integrates with Teams and Outlook, ultimately, the customer is looking to replace PGI with Teams only, but Teams doesn’t offer this type of audio conference operator service/feature.

Does the Live Events Assistance Program team have any suggestions/best practices on how the customer might use existing Teams Live Events capabilities to create a solution where the investors who dial-in can be verified before being allowed into the call?
