Hello , 

I have some question and would like to consult:
1. Currently using Microsoft Exchange Server 2016, but MS informed that the latest release of "Microsoft Exchange Server Subscription Edition (SE)" in October this year requires at least version 2019 to be updated.
Do you need to purchase services with SA, such as "Exchange Server Standard SLng LSA OLV NL 3Y Aq Y1 AP" to upgrade to the "Microsoft Exchange Server Subscription Edition (SE)" version for free? Is it not possible for "Exchange Server Standard 2019" without SA service?
What support can be obtained after purchasing "Exchange Server Standard SLng LSA OLV NL 3Y Aq Y1 AP" for 3 years? Scope of support?
3. Considering the issue of insufficient quantity of Exchange Server Standard 2016, do I need to purchase the Enterprise version? I noticed that there is no version difference for Microsoft Exchange Server Subscription Edition (SE). Will the upcoming release of Microsoft Exchange Server Subscription Edition (SE) not have differences between Exchange Server Standard and Enterprise? In the current situation, I am facing a shortage of Exchange Server Standard 2016. Which version should I buy or sell that is most suitable for use? And it can support upgrading to Microsoft Exchange Server Subscription Edition (SE)

  1. You can upgrade from prior versions using the legacy upgrade or side-by-side process, but not an in-place update
  2. The 2019 version will reach end-of-support this October. We recommend adopting the SE products instead.
  3. We will have an Enterprise and Standard version of the SE products, as with prior versions. More information will be available later this week with the launch of the SE products.
