Hello, i am facing an issue with my OneDrive Microsoft 365 personal subscription paid via Google Play on August 2, which should be active on my main account but is not showing correctly.
I also had a second subscription on a different account which I canceled same day (subscription and cancelation on 14 July) and is correctly shown as canceled in Google Play
However, on 14 of August this cancellation appears to have inadvertently affected my main account subscription, changing its status from active to expired and expiry date from 02 September to 14 August, leaving me unable to access the service I paid for on August the 2nd.
Google confirms that the August 2 payment was successful for my main account, but the subscription is not reflected properly in my Microsoft account.
Please help i have been contacting bith Google and Microsoft Support team and this back and forth is draining my energy. I even contacted the App developer with no reply till date.
