Does anyone know a good source for trying to parse O365 update logs located in C:\Windows\Temp? I'm testing out Office updates through the CDN with a group of users. We enabled office updates on an OU, put the devices in it, and asked the users to connect to the VPN to get the group policy update. Roughly half of the clients have updated. It's been about 10 days. I'm looking through the logs to see if I can determine why some wont update. The first error that pops out is "Failure sending DMS web request." followed by "OException encountered retrieving TargetAudience". For what its worth, if I look in Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun\Updates on the client, I see a folder with the current version of Office, but it's empty. I figure the device has received the Gpupdate but it doesnt seem to be downloading the update, while others have. Any ideas on where to start troubleshooting this one?
