Firstly I would like to say this is a great article, it has helped me immensely.

 

We have recently upgraded to Win10 and Office 365 (Semi-Annual) managed by SCCM.

I need to now set up some devices with Office 465 (MonthlyEnterprise).

Have added the new ADMX to accomodate the new Channel Names, created GPO to change to UpdateBranch to MonthlyEnterprise.

The GPO works as expected, but when the Office Auto Update 2.0 task runs it changes the UpdateChannel value to http://officecdn.microsoft.com/pr/492350f6-3a01-4f97-b9c0-c7c6ddf67d60 (Current Channel) instead of http://officecdn.microsoft.com/pr/55336b82-a18d-4dd6-b5f6-9e5095c314a6 (MonthlyEnterprise).

Have confirmed no other GPO is affecting this.

Any idea where the Office Auto Update 2.0 task gets these values and why it wouldn't be recognizing the UpdateBranch value?
