At this point all I can do is shake my head and throw up my hands. How about just offer Copilot with an annual term but month to month pricing and no price increase? Then you don't need to align every other product to this new, ridiculous 5% increase for month to month payments on an annual term. Our customers have committed to an annual term and they like the cash flow benefits of month to month payments, but now they are going to be penalized for this? This is nothing more than a cash grab that creates headaches for CSPs that now need to manage all of this. There was just a sneaky price increase for new subscriptions considering the 'no teams' vs. 'with teams' mess, and now we have to deal with this. These blog posts sound like they were written by politicians - I'm dizzy from the spin they try and put on something that is so blatantly a cash grab. Could Microsoft please start acting like a partner again and stop with this madness?
