Are there any troubleshooting guides available? 
I ran the PowerShell commands about 30 hours ago and still can't see it activated in my tenant.

    Same thing on my end.  We enabled after first reading about this over a week ago (and re-enabled since then) and still haven't seen the functionality come up.  Not sure if it is still rolling out in phases or if there is some troubleshooting we need to do.
