Enhance the diagramming experience in Microsoft Teams with the new Visio app

The Visio app in teams is just another endpoint and will have all the functionalities available to the user as per their plan (Visio in Microsoft 365 by default if they are enterprise users and have no special Visio plans purchased, or Plan 1/Plan 2 if the user has a special Visio license as per the plan comparison page here (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/visio/microsoft-visio-plans-and-pricing-compare-visio-options)
