Default Notes tab in Microsoft Teams for Enterprise customers

I like the way OneNote and Teams Channels have integrated with the channel being analogous to a section - but I don't understand  why the notes tab is stuck on a single page. you can open the fly-out menu and create more pages, but whenever you navigate back to the notes tab, it reverts back to the first page that was displayed in the tab. Is there a way to update the page being displayed (for you or for others) without deleting the notes tab and adding a new one back to the new page?
