When I think into the benefits that Copilot can bring us improving the support experience, one of the first are that came to my mind is in how this technology can enhance the effectiveness of Knowledge Bases (KBs) in support systems. For example: create tailored/personalized customer support automatic answers. Another important improvement is the reduction on the Response Time. We are just watching the beginning. Nice Article.
