MicrosoftLooks like a useful tool! One thing that is concerning however is that I have developed an application in powerapps that uses a sharepoint list that I have hidden to the best of my ability within a subsite of a sharepoint site that nobody but the developers have access to. The list has specific permissions to allow all users to contribute since they need this to use the app.
Right now they could theoretically get to the list if they somehow got a hold of the entire URL. I am hoping this application does not ruin this for us! If this list shows up in the application simply because they have permissions to it this will completely ruin the application we developed. We can only have users manipulate the data through the app as it gets filtered in app to only see and edit what they are allowed to.
Can you tell me if lists can be hidden from this app? Or how this would work?
