Microsoft 365 Insider’s guide to Microsoft at ServiceNow Knowledge 2025
This year, we’re building on momentum from our Microsoft 365 Copilot + Now Assist announcement at Knowledge 2024 and unveiling new innovations in agentic interoperability, advanced integrations – agent to agent, and employee self-service. We’re also introducing a strategic CRM modernization that brings Microsoft and ServiceNow customer workflows together to deliver end-to-end customer engagement.
At this year’s Knowledge event, we’re putting the spotlight on three transformative themes:
- Agentic AI: Discover how Microsoft and ServiceNow are delivering AI that acts with autonomy, adapts in real time, and empowers enterprise workflows at scale.
- Data-driven insights: Learn how unified data across the Microsoft Cloud and ServiceNow ecosystems power intelligent automation and decision-making.
- Industry innovation: Experience AI for industries – from healthcare to financial services – with trust, security, and scale at the core.
