The workspace links are very long, is there a simple way to create a shorter link? I am trying to add a workspace link to a form and it has too many characters. #WorkspaceLinks

    Easy to use the link as a hyperlink in something like a form/chat, etc.  Just copy it and then make the hyperlink text something like "Join here!".
