MicrosoftI have this feature and I've tried it three times unsuccessfully. Last try was Outlook on the Web. I made up this test below.
My coworker, Carol, has nothing on her calendar for March 26 or 27.
I schedule a Teams meeting with Carol at 1 pm on 3/26 (see image #1 and #2) and check If conflicts arise, let Copilot reschedule this event, before sending out the invite. Acceptable times are all day on 3/26 and 3/27.
I have to go see the Doctor and add the doctor's appointment to my calendar after the invite to Carol went out (#3). Now, there is a conflict with the meeting with Carol. My doctors appoint is set for out of the office. The meeting with Carol never moves. Shouldn't it move to another time automatically? I even refreshed Outlook on the web, but that didn't help.
