MicrosoftI had "Ask me if I want to reopen the previous mails" options activated but when i re-opened outlook, i did not see get the pop up window to press Yes to restore previous emails. That being said, when i reopened outlook, the previous mails never came back up.
Is there a manual way of restoring the previous emails if the restore prompt doesnt come up?

Can I get an answer to the same question? The previous open emails came up. Even as they came up, I got a dialog box 'do you want to reopen the previous emails' to which I clicked Yes. But instead, everything has disappeared, and I just have the Inbox open. This regrettable episode happened after a forced update by Microsoft where permission was not sought from me, and the update happened when I was away. So, is there a manual way? Please answer. The silence is deafening!
