This week, we'll explore how you can generate images and use pre-built agents in Copilot Chat to streamline your workflow and boost productivity.
Use Copilot Chat to generate images that make your communications pop
Visual content can be a key component of effective communication. Whether you're creating a presentation, social media post, or report, having the right images can make a significant impact. With Copilot, generating high-quality images is easier than ever. Here are three tips to help you get started:
1. Describe your image clearly: Provide a detailed description of the image you need. For example, "a modern office workspace with people collaborating." The more specific you are, the better the generated image will match your vision.
Type your image request in the chat inbox box and press the send button.In a few short moments, Copilot returns a collection of options according to my original request.
Copilot Chat initiates the Designer agent which provides a collection of images for me to consider.
2. Experiment with different descriptions: Don't be afraid to try different descriptions to see what works best. You can refine your description based on the initial results to get the perfect image. Copilot will also help spark ideas on how to improve the results with suggested prompts.
Along with the returned images, Copilot provides a few suggested prompts that may improve my results.
When you select “Show different collaboration scenarios.” from the suggested prompts, Designer gets to work and provides a new set of images.

3. Save the generated image: Once you’re satisfied with the image you created, you can download it, add it to a Copilot Page, or copy it to add to another asset or document.
Copilot provides a few options for using the image I created.
Using pre-built agents in Copilot Chat
Copilot Chat allows you to use agents to automate tasks, manage projects, and analyze data. Agents are AI assistants designed to automate and execute business processes, such as writing purchase orders, scheduling meetings, and providing customer service. Copilot Chat offers a number of helpful pre-built agents, each configured with a set of helpful prompts.
Here’s how to get started with pre-built agents:
Access pre-built agents: Navigate to the Copilot Chat interface and expand the side panel.
Expand the side panel to reveal the available pre-built agents.
Once there, you'll find the option to select “Copilot agents” where you can browse through the various pre-built options available.
I am able to choose from the available pre-built agents
Select the right agent for the task: Copilot Chat offers a variety of pre-built agents designed for different tasks, such as brainstorming ideas, analyzing your business data, improving your writing, and more. Here you can select an agent that aligns with your needs.
I selected Writing Coach from the list of available pre-built agents.
