While I have a valid Copilot license and can access it on my smartphone in the teams app and across various Office apps, I am unable to see the Copilot app on my desktop client. The other copilot features do work in teams, only the chat is missing.
Upon opening M365 Chat (The old app), I receive a notification indicating that the Copilot app will be discontinued soon. However, when I click on the message, a popup appears with details about the Copilot App, but I am required to “request” access to use it. Unfortunately, our admin backend portal does not display the app, preventing us from granting access: https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/policies/manage-apps
Interestingly, another user within our tenant has the Copilot icon visible, which raises questions about why some of us cannot see it. Is there any additional action we can take to trigger the appearance of the Copilot app?
Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.
