Announcing People Skills general availability and new Skills agent

If I understand the licensing correctly, in order to have enterprise-wide access into this much needed capability, everyone needs either a Viva Suite License or Copilot? I'm confused why Viva C&C license doesn't count? It seems like this would be a natural tie in to Viva Engage community building. This should be an enterprise-wide capability. Just one more thing we have to track when training employees that while we are showing really cool stuff they may or may not actually get to use it.
