Microsoft doesn't roll new features out to all tenants and all users at once. Instead it is a gradual, phased roll-out. Please see this article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/when-do-i-get-the-newest-features-for-microsoft-365-da36192c-58b9-4bc9-8d51-bb6eed468516
Also Microsoft updated the M365 Admin Message Center article two days ago: MC890882
<snip>
When this will happen:
General Availability (Worldwide) to Microsoft 365 Copilot subscribers: We will begin rolling out today, September 16, 2024, and expect to complete by early October 2024 (previously late September).
</snip>
Early October can still be tomorrow or next week even. And it can happen your 'neighbor in the office' will have it and you don't.
I guess you could try giving feedback on the MC890882 article in M365 Admin or create a support ticket, but I recommend to wait a bit... it will come.
And no, I don't have it either yet, not at my company tenant nor my customer tenant and waiting anxiously too to start using it 😉
