Hi, the approleId is the same for all tenants. E.g. Purview.ProcessConversationMessages.All is a4543e1f-6e5d-4ec9-a54a-f3b8c156163f.  So in the samples in this article use the values that are already specified.

I got it setup however among hundreds of prompt and responses that came in, only a handful shows data.  The majority 99% of them shows No prompt to displayWe can't display this prompt because it doesn't exist.  

I dont have the appropriate permissions.

Any suggestions?

    Hi all, I am still getting the same error message.  I have not had the change to troubleshoot further or reached out to Microsoft.  Does anyone have any ideas?

    On the same boat here.

    Same message.

    Got the right permissions but entries show up with "can't display this prompt because it doesn't exist" message.

    Any solution or idea why?

        Hi, Sorry for the late reply.

        The problem was solved for me as soon as I've created a collection policy in DSPM for AI. It is mentioned in the top of the blog "Important update 2".
