What will happen on 2.1.2026 when our identity validation expires? We actually rely on your service for builds/releases etc...
We are in the same boat. Is there any ETA for GA or at least more countries available?

I contacted the support and I got a response from the product group who owns this service which I'm allowed to share with you guys:
The validation will have to be renewed when it expires. At present the renewal requirements are same as that of onboarding, so it is limited to US/Canada only . Having said that , product group has every intention to expand this service by the time service reaches GA . While at present there are no GA timelines which can be shared externally , this product is being actively worked upon . Since there are still several months till 06/2026 , you could continue to use the service for now and possibly check back with Microsoft in a couple of months. Hopefully, the product group would have more established timelines , to share by then.
And further:
- While it is not possible to extend the currently validated identity , we will have more information on global renewals before your validated identity expires ( in about a year) , as this is an active work in progress.
- They also requested to check back with Microsoft in a few months as they are likely to have more firmer timelines by then .
And:
Please note at present no GA timelines are available , product group will make public announcements once they have additional updates to share with community.
It probably needs more AI shoved in before GA 😅
At least there's some hope, our validation will expire July '26, so I'm rooting for GA or at least global availability again by then
