MicrosoftMicrosoftThe answers to wroot `s questions regarding DKE are still confusing me, would be happy to have the following questions answered:
1. DKE : I understood that DKE will go away due to the retirement (April 2024), correct? The documentation there is still unclear to me: e.g. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/double-key-encryption?view=o365-worldwide#install-software-prerequisites-for-the-dke-service - nothing mentioned about retirement.
==> Furthermore the documents just talk about "unified labeling client", nothing about components inside which will stay in place , (e.g "right-click Classify & Protect"). It would be really helpful if the documentation will get more clear on that.
2. File formats: Can I continue to protect via "the right-click Classify & Protect" (probably inkl. DKE) Files - as listed here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/information-protection/rms-client/clientv2-admin-guide-file-types#file-types-supported-for-protection
