We have started using M365 labeling after retiring a third party solution. And we have AIP add-in installed only because we need to classify PDFs and other non Office files. There was some training for users on how to use AIP add-in to classify documents. Although, they are quite similar (horizontal selection or vertical dropdown, not that drastic for more users). I have also seen in Office changelog that it will start disabling old add-in, but i haven't seen this happening yet on all machines (some do have it disabled, but some don't). So, i have questions:
1. Are you going to actively disable add-in for all users soon? Current Channel - Enterprise
2. Will this add-in let us still classify PDFs and such after the retirement period or will it stop working in File Explorer somehow?
3. Are you planning to bring native classification for non Office file types to File Explorer with Windows updates (maybe Windows 11)?
