There is a dual screen bug in v10. If you minimise using the green button a dual screen setup, the maximise dual screens don't come back. You get one screen working and the other black. On the black screen you apps/windows are still running. Thus it is only display issue. To fix, I close out (red button) and log in again, which is painful particularly when you have 2 factor authentication to go through.
Another issue
It is not very intuitive to go back to the local Mac either. In earlier versions of 10 and in 8, on the Windows menu there was a way to completely minimise windows by choosing an option on the menu. That has disappeared and as such I use the function above, which is flawed.
