Hi Deleted! Truly appreciate you taking time out to provide this feedback! No worries at all, documentation isn't always the easiest (or quickest) route to go down, but I'm happy that I could highlight this for you and make things a bit easier.
As for your suggestion regarding the automated release & having Windows ADMX on Github for user collaboration/contribution, unfortunately right now, we do not have that feature available, though I could certainly see how it would be valuable for you and others given the use case that you described. I also agree that it would help tremendously with efficiency, version updates, and localization. That being said, though, we aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time, I’m going to keep your feedback in mind (and share with the relevant teams) just in the chance that this becomes something that we might build-out in the future once our product roadmap has the highest priority items tackled. Please let me know if there are any other insights that you’d like me to provide and again, I really appreciate your feedback as it helps more than you know!
