Although the updated version of the edge security baseline in Intune is not yet available, you'll be happy to know we are actively working on it and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases.
I am curious on your ask Deleted - when you state the security baselines should be "selectable on this blade," what are you specifically referring to?
As far as comparing and updating from an older policy set to a newer one, we currently support a comparison & upgrade experience between template versions (showing what was added/removed/changed & giving an option to review before upgrading), but not for individual policies. Is the ask to support a comparison experience between different policies within different template versions (which would effectively compare customization of settings instead of just the default version of templates)?
