We've having printing issues with Edge v131. We have the v128 Baseline applied and have found by disabling "Dynamic Code Settings" resolves the issue.

The issue is that the print preview never loads and therefore we can't progress to printing.  This wasn't an issue prior to v131 so assuming it's a bug in the version.

    RainyDistress- Wanted to comment also on this policy. We have several printers (Konica Minolta Bizhub C284e and Canon i-Sensys MF232nw) which load external .dll files and because of this policy the print preview always fails.
