ijustloveflexin - did you delete entries from the Users group? I would advise against making any changes in this area unless you're very familiar with this aspect of Windows management.
The main part of the screenshot you've got there is a list of groups. Most of those groups are empty -- they don't represent a huge number of people who have access to your computer.
