Enforcing TLS 1.2 use with Azure Service Bus

This was written 3 years ago now.  Is there any change to this?  From a compliance perspective, I work at a company that needs to be able to prove that we utilize a minimum of TLS 1.2 for all client connections.  The best way to enforce this is to require that on the server side.  This needs to be an option for ALL Azure services.  I've run into this issue with older IoT hubs as well and there is currently no way to enforce TLS 1.2 on all Azure services.  Microsoft needs to provide these enforcement options to their customers.
