I has setup is success. Also I can setup the VPN which is attached to Amazon Transit Gateway too.

 

I think the BGP support is required the correct tunnel setup (Which is /30 network from AWS side), I try with the BGP first but look like the routing to the AWS Neighbor IP has not success (Due to the tunnel setup to /30 network).

 

Anyway, we now have the native solution between AWS and Azure.
