Great guide thanks.
For those as me, not creating PR every day, I don't use all the tools (yet) but creating PR directly with the edit button on docs.microsoft.com and create a PR via github. No installs needed.
Just to add that it is also possible with lesser software maintenance efforts and setup.
Guys like illfated and other are a great help with revising PR and helping to get you guided through formatting issues.
It is easy to learn.
