Check out Andrew Taylor (MVP) intune newsletter there has been a solution from MVPs to mitigate this.

        Hello, I have tested provided  script, now Intune (endpoint.microsoft.com) console showing, that App is installed, but I cant find  Company portal, it disappeared  locally on the laptop.
