We run in this exact issue and now MFA "shows" in the ESP.
The problem is that by design the esp is configured to run as the top-most windows so the MFA is not showed to the customer (the customer should do alt-tab to see it) and this makes that the ESP always fail if it is done in a network that required MFA.
Is this really designed to work like this??
