Hi there! We appreciate all the feedback shared, and after checking with our team to address some of the comments above, a few updates below. 
RobertClark2795, saireddys, harevalo - These improvements were released last year: Updated reports for Policy compliance and Setting compliance are now generally available.
AlphaSeb, Geza1 - We've resolved the issue where device compliance appeared differently in various views as part of this update. Should you continue to experience any problems with this, could you please send us a message so we can discuss your scenario in more detail? Thanks!
Andrew Emmett - Device compliance evaluation is currently not supported for userless macOS devices. More information can be found in our docs here: macOS device compliance settings in Microsoft Intune.
Nate_UK - Currently, you can set up the 'Action for Non-compliance' under Compliance policies to send an email notification when a device becomes non-compliant. More information can be found in our docs here: Send notifications to noncompliant devices.
