And by the way, here is something everyone wants, and has no idea why you won't do it.
During the ESP application install process
1. Show on-screen what app is trying to be installed (or make this an option)
2. Show on-screen what app failed to install (or make this an option)
If not those, then please give us this the following ability so that we can both know which number app is failing, and so we can better configure our systems (without having to make everything a Win32 app with a dependency).
3. A way to set to app installation order
There is not understable reason why don't at least give us teh ability to look at 1 and 2. Its stupidly-complex to try and figure what app failed to installed from "Collect Logs" option.
All of us are still in the dark as to why to won't display what the app's name is for "installing app 1 of X".
It makes all your customers lives more difficult, and makes us very resentful that you can't just turn on a "verbose" mode to show that information - and none of us understand why you won't allow us this. Are you planning to sell it as advanced feature or something?
I couldn't have said this better... This whole process is a nightmare sometimes and it's embarassing not being able to help our PC techs who just want to get the jobs done and get the PC pre-provisioned.
It seems like these devs never have real IT people test out these solutions.
