Troubleshooting Windows Feature updates in Microsoft Intune

Thank you for this great post, this is very helpful! We have recently migrated >50k devices to Win11 via WUfB successfully, without any issues and excellent end-user feedback. Unfortunately, about 1k devices are remaining, where Windows Update is never offering the feature upgrade, although the backend is in state "Offering / Offer ready". When checking Graph API, it seems the affected devices are in Feature enrollment state "EnrolledWithPolicy", while the upgrading ones are in state "Enrolling" (why not Enrolled?!). Manually re-enrolling the devices via Graph seems to fix this. Can you please explain the details of these different states and what might cause them? We have certainly not paused any deployment. On client side, it would also be very interesting what the expected values for HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WufbDS are, and if the Microsoft Update Health Tools (uhssvc -> HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\CloudManagedUpdate and the corresponding ETL logs) can have an impact on feature upgrades. I would really love to see a deep-dive blog post for all these details 😀
