The Intune product support team has created a step-by-step troubleshooting guide available here that will walk you through troubleshooting iOS device enrollment problems in Microsoft Intune. You can select from a number of problem descriptions and errors, and the guide will then suggest the appropriate troubleshooting path to follow. We are excited to offer this new format and hope you will give it a try. Here is an example screenshot showing what the troubleshooter looks like:
