Hi
can this guide be used to troubleshoot registering issues on devices for the new device compliance feature in jamf?
I have from 5 test devices only one which was able to registrate in azure and jamfaad (jamf compliance access app) has started and the process was finished. All other device show me, that no azure tenant is set up, when checking the logs with: log show --predicate 'subsystem CONTAINS "jamfAAD"' --last 30m
tested it with the same user, with other test users, devices clean install and restart testing and so on. I am struggling with jamf support since multiple weeks and nobody can help.
The guide for activating device compliance in jamf pro with azure differs a bit from the old guide for intune integration. So app registration is created in azure. Everything is done like described here:
https://learn.jamf.com/bundle/jamf-pro-documentation-current/page/Device_Compliance.html
Additional info: All device are registered in azure after starting company portal. But only one of the devices starts the jamfaad process.
Can you explain bit better this here:
Tips for troubleshooting registration
Note that when configuring a conditional access policy to work with Jamf and Intune DO NOT target the Jamf Native macOS Connector app. This will break registration.
I do not understand this info about the jamf native macos connector app.
