Support Tip: Enrolled Windows 10 devices not able to use the CP app to install available apps

Miguel Sanabia I can see from your screenshot that the Primary User of the device is "Miguel Sanabia". That means its not a shared device, its a single user device. A device does not get converted to be "Shared" just because it received some "Shared multi-user" settings (including the "SharedPC Mode" setting). The way to have your device appear as "Shared" is to set it up with a specific enrollment method - That mapping is documented here: https://aka.ms/primary_user_intune. In your case you would need to either user Windows Azure AD join (bulk enrollment token) or Windows Azure AD join (Autopilot self-deploying mode). Both of those enrollment methods would result in a shared device.

As discussed in the latest blog we are working on building capability to change a primary user.. when we have that then you'd be able to convert your device to shared.
